Sunset

As I was sat in our back garden as the sun went down the sky became a beautiful mix of purples pinks and oranges. It was really magically. Of course I had to take a photo, its also the desktop to my laptop as well.

Glow Sticks

We had a couple of friends round in the week and got a little bit drunk and somehow some glow sticks got involved. I got the camera out and did some long exposures. Most of them where just messy lights but a couple where shapes. This one is my favourite.

War Memorial

Sorry I haven't posted any thing in a while. I moved house so been sorting that out mostly. Before I left I went to this war and tank memorial thing. It was quite surreal actually lots of people in 40s clothes and army uniforms. Some had even built trenches. I added a hint of sepia to make the photos look older to finish the look off.

Jasper and Jeremy

My brother brought some ducks today. They are quite funny. They look like bowling pins. They are 12 week old Indian Runners. Mum doesn't like them much and neither does olive. In a way I wish we waited until olive was gone until we got them as it might be easier. they are still cute (kinda).

Forest

So I went to the forest on Saturday. I used to alot for big family bbqs when I was younger and even camped there when I was like 10 with my uncle and my parents. All I can remember is going for midnight walks and my uncle scaring me and my cousins making stupid noises. Any how here are a few photos from my recent trip to the forest.

Frames

Today i made some frames out of some card and decided i was going to frame things. however the idea was much better than the outcome and im not really a big fan but id thought id share the out come with you.

I started off framing myself.

Then I decided to frame my mums lilies.


Then it was the turn of Olive (yes she's a duck).

However she didn't like it very much and kept running away.


So I decided to frame good times.


After this I got a bit dis-hearted and gave up. However I do keep moving the green balloon I made yesterday. It's currently in the downstairs bathroom and as you pull the light pull it looks like your holding onto the balloon string.

Thursday

So today I was pretty bored so I thought I would have some fun with a few self portraits. These were inspired by colormekatie.blogspot.com. Hers are alot better than mine but i had fun making them.
